Building Energy Inspection

A Building Energy Inspection reveals the main points of consumption and the most essential possibilities for energy savings at a reasonable work contribution. It is suited for the energy auditing of small sites or buildings of the industrial and service sectors. The area of application and the features of this energy auditing are described in more detail in the guidelines.

In the service sector Building Energy Inspection can be applied as follows:

• in subjects of less than 5,000 rm³ a Building Energy Inspection
  
• in subjects of 5,000-10,000 rm³ either a Building Energy Audit, Building Energy Inspection, Post-Acceptance Energy Audit or Follow-up Audit models
• in subjects over 10,000 rm³ the Building Energy Inspection cannot be used and instead they use other service sector models.

The energy inspection is available only for small industrial sites with energy costs less than 35,000€.
